One of my favorite things to whip up on a warm summer day is this refreshing watermelon salad.
It only has a few ingredients, so it’s easy to make yet big on taste.
Check out the recipe:
2 cups watermelon
2 tbsp mint, finely chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese
That’s it! So simple.
